By browsing, using any of our websites, or submitting an enquiry, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our websites.

Websites and Services Covered by These Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of any website, digital portal, landing page, mobile interface, or online enquiry form owned, operated, managed, or powered by Zentrix Digital Holdings Limited, and for which travel enquiries and bookings are fulfilled by Gordon Sadler Travel. These services are collectively referred to as the “Websites” or “Platforms”.

This includes, without limitation:

• The DealsHub Network: All associated digital travel discovery portals, including TravelDealsHub, CruiseDealsHub, and related hub domains.
• Conversational AI Discovery: Platforms powered by our conversational travel discovery engine, including SavvyTravelHub.
• Specialist Niche & Vertical Landing Pages: All dedicated cruise, thematic, or single-intent travel websites, including NoFlyCruising, UltraLuxuryCruiseWorld, WineCruiseEurope, and all corresponding .co.uk, .com, or regional web addresses.
• Microsites & Campaign Pages: Any promotional microsites, campaign URLs, or subdomains operated by us from time to time.

A reference to “this Website” or “our Platforms” within these Terms applies equally to whichever specific digital property you are currently visiting or submitting an enquiry through.

Nature of Our Services & Artificial Intelligence

Comparison & Lead Discovery

Our websites showcase handpicked travel itineraries, promotional offers, and cruise packages sourced from third-party cruise lines, airlines, hoteliers, rail operators, and tour operators.

EmbarkOS & Conversational Intent

Our sites utilise artificial intelligence, including EmbarkOS, to interpret enquiry details and search parameters expressed in your own words. This AI tooling profiles travel preferences and assists our specialist travel consultants in matching you with appropriate packages. Submitting a query or interacting with conversational tools does not constitute an automated or binding travel booking.

Non-Transactional Front End

You cannot purchase travel directly through automated checkout on these websites. Submitting a trip finder form or enquiry connects you with a dedicated travel professional at Gordon Sadler Travel who will prepare a formal, personalised proposal.

Enquiries, Quotations & Bookings

Indicative Pricing & Live Availability

All fares, departure dates, cabin availability, and package inclusions displayed on our websites are indicative, provided for research and inspiration, and subject to change by the operating suppliers without prior notice.

Formal Quotation Required

A binding quote is only established when an adviser from Gordon Sadler Travel issues a formal written itinerary quotation with confirmed booking references, itemised inclusions, and explicit payment schedules.

Contract Formation

No booking exists until both of the following have occurred:

1. You have accepted the written quotation and paid the required deposit or balance.
2. Gordon Sadler Travel has issued an official written Booking Confirmation invoice.

All bookings are strictly subject to the individual booking conditions of the relevant principal operator, cruise line, or travel supplier.

Consumer Protection & Monies Held in Trust

Where a booking qualifies as a package, it is handled in accordance with the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

• Protected Trust Services membership: Gordon Sadler Travel is an accredited member of Protected Trust Services (PTS).
• Customer money held separately: Payments made through the authorised route for a protected booking are allocated within the PTS trust-account framework and kept separate from ordinary business operating funds.
• Controlled release of funds: Independent trustees oversee authorised releases, which may include direct payments to travel suppliers or a return to the customer where a refund is properly due.
• Payment plans: Where Gordon Sadler Travel agrees an instalment plan in writing, each instalment actually received through the authorised route is handled as customer money for the protected booking. Future instalments that have not yet been paid are not funds held in trust.
• Refund entitlement: Financial protection safeguards the handling of money but does not change supplier cancellation charges or make a non-refundable payment refundable.

Website Use & Intellectual Property

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our websites only for genuine, personal travel research and legitimate enquiries. You agree not to:

• Deploy automated scraping software, bots, crawlers, or extraction tools to gather pricing or content.
• Submit fraudulent enquiries, fictitious contact details, or automated test payloads into our forms.
• Introduce malicious code, exploit API endpoints, or disrupt server infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All software, codebases, design architecture, text, logos, branding, and EmbarkOS technical workflows across the network are the proprietary property of Zentrix Digital Holdings Limited or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Zentrix Digital Holdings Limited and Gordon Sadler Travel provide these websites on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We make reasonable efforts to verify deal accuracy, but we accept no liability for typographical errors, outdated operator fares, or third-party supplier cancellations.

In no event shall Zentrix or Gordon Sadler Travel be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential losses resulting from website downtime, server latency, or reliance on indicative pricing prior to written confirmation.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by proven negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of our platforms or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
